Welcome to our shop! Here’s everything you need to know about placing your order:
Processing Time
Most orders placed before 11am for in stock items will be sent out same day, however on some occasions orders may take 1-2 business days to process. For any backordered item the processing time is between 5-7 business days unless otherwise notified. Please note these are processing times only and are subject to Australia Post shipping times once posted. For the most up to date transit times please visit their website.
All backordered items are being to made to order so in some circumstances will be subject to longer processing times. If this is the case, we will contact you directly.
Our processing times are calculated based on business days, which do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Options
After carefully packing and processing your order, it will be shipped using the method you select at checkout. Here’s what you can expect:
Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-5 business days.
Express Shipping: Typically takes 1-3 business days.
International Shipping: Please check Australia Post website for your countries transit times.
Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and any potential delays with the carrier.
Local Pickup
For our local customers, we offer a convenient Local Pickup option. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection—usually within the 5-7 business day processing time. When you come to pick up your items, please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for verification.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you!
Additional Information
**All orders are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns due to hygiene reasons.**
If you require large quantities of items for production, or are wanting a custom prosthetic made please reach out to us to place an order, and we can discuss cost and processing times accordingly.
