Processing Times
Most orders for in-stock items placed before 11am are dispatched the same day. However, please allow 1–2 business days for processing during peak periods or when additional handling is required.
Backordered items typically require 5–7 business days to process unless otherwise advised. As these items are made to order, some circumstances may result in longer processing times. If this occurs, we will contact you directly.
Please note that the timeframes above refer to processing only and do not include shipping transit times. For the most up-to-date delivery estimates, please refer to the Australia Post website.
Processing times are calculated on business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
Typically takes 3–5 business days.
Express Shipping
Typically takes 1–3 business days.
Orders being shipped to Western Australia (WA) may have slightly longer transit times, with express delivery typically taking 2–4 business days.
International Shipping
United States
All US orders are shipped exclusively via UPS, with a transit time of 2–5 business days. Due to new tariff regulations, all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are payable by the customer. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by customs processing or for the payment of these fees.
Rest of the World
Shipped via Australia Post. Please check the Australia Post website for your country’s transit times. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer, and we are not liable for delays caused by customs processes.
Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and any potential delays with the carrier.
Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to us for any reason, including unpaid customs fees, incorrect address details, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer remains responsible for all initial shipping costs as well as any return shipping fees. These costs are non-refundable.
Local Pickup
For our local customers, we offer a convenient Local Pickup option. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection, usually within the 5–7 business-day processing time. When collecting your order, please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for verification.
Additional Information
All orders are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns due to hygiene reasons.
