During this time, we carefully prepare and pack your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Most orders are made to order and sometimes may be subject to longer processing times. Our processing times are calculated based on business days, which do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Options
After processing, your order will be shipped using the method you select at checkout. We offer several shipping options to suit your needs. Here’s what you can expect:

Local Pickup
For our local customers, we offer a convenient Local Pickup option. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection—usually within the 5-7 business day processing time. When you come to pick up your items, please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for verification.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you!
